Events and Daily Schedule at the Convent of Saint Helena

Our Practice of Hospitality

In the tradition of monastic hospitality, it is the intention of the sisters of the Order of St Helena to extend a welcome to you. For those seeking God in silence and prayer, our convent chapel is always open. Other places of welcome and refuge are our library for reading and reference [not for loan], reception room, and grounds with garden, labyrinth and gazebo and trails through the woods.

New Offering for Clergy

This Fall, we are offering one free night's stay for clergy, to get away for a few days of rest and refreshment, to soak up the peace of singing Gregorian chant, go for walks in the woods and to be among friends for whom spirituality is central to life. As you know, several sisters are gifted spiritual directors who’d be happy to meet with you during your stay.
